This three bedroom apartment is anchored by a ebonized oak floor, and is enhanced by a range of rich brown and grey finishes. An earth tone palette of fabrics, wall coverings and furnishings are used to create a modern, yet kid friendly environment.
The neutral hues also serve as an ideal backdrop for the client's growing art collection. A chocolate leather Minotti swivel chair, custom case pieces by Desiron, and a black marble Saarinen table with Minotti dining chairs add a sense of luxury, and subtle contrast to the mix.
In the second bedroom, a custom daybed was designed by Schoeller + Darling as a dual-purpose piece for the sleep/work space. The nursery is a calm, soothing environment, yet features a few key elements that stimulate the imagination of both baby and parents. Chandelier by Apparatus.
