PROCESS OF A PROJECT

Almost finished living room... by Schoeller + Darling Desing

A view into the S+D design + installation process of a modern luxury project...

When this luxury building was finished with building, the Schoeller + Darling Design team visited the space to prepare for the full installation to come.

Envisioning the space for where our designs will come to life...

When the time for installation comes, Joanna is so excited to break open boxes and get to work!

Meanwhile, Michael sits back on new, modern pieces to oversee some more plans...

The team takes a much-needed break for food during the long day of installation...

With installation now complete, fully-staged photos will be coming soon!

And what a breathtaking view of Manhattan out of the windows...

S+D INTERIOR DESIGN TIPS: BATHROOM ACCENTS

SCHOELLER + DARLING DESIGN

Every bathroom needs it's accessories... our favorites are Jo Malone hand wash in Nectarine Blossom + Honey, hand lotion in Wild Fig + Cassis, and Le Labo candle in Santal 26. Add a succulent for touch of green to an all-white bathroom. Luxurious...

S+D INTERIOR DESIGN TIPS: WEATHERED + WHITE FINISHES

SCHOELLER + DARLING DESIGN

At this beach house renovation, we painted everything outside white except for the flooring and the Kaku slab teak dining table from DWR... the sun weathered it grey and now it blends perfectly with the environment!

Finish off your outdoor dining with white dinnerware and natural woven placemats.

S+D INTERIOR DESIGN TIPS: KITCHEN COUTURE

SCHOELLER + DARLING DESIGN

White is a workhouse color for the kitchen.

In this Hampton's beach house we used marble, white painted cabinetry and white appliances contrasted with a washed grey wood floor. We chose this walnut wood tray for accent... makes a great backdrop for our clients' pressed glass collection!

S+D INTERIOR DESIGN TIPS: ALL-WHITE DESIGN

For a Hampton summer home, try an all-white design! Using linens and cottons, this home is perfect for lounging after a long day in the ocean. Sculptural furniture, like these Kenneth Cobonpue Lola Chairs, lets us play with negative space.
